If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase then we will always aim to put the matter right.

You are entitled to return goods purchased online or mail order, for any reason. You are required to notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving an item and have a further 14 days to return. We will process a refund for the full cost of the item and the P&P charge originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the return. Please ensure that items are returned in the condition they were received. We may refuse to refund, if items have obvious signs of wear or damage.

ST17 4JX. United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to ensure return of the item, so for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. You are responsible for costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, the item is substantially mis-described, or faulty.

Made to order items are excluded from our return policy, unless they are not as described or faulty.

The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Delivery

Parcels are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class, or alternative courier. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your purchase from the website. Please allow 3-5 working days for UK deliveries. If you need an item sooner, please contact us prior to purchase.
