Delivery & Refund Policy

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase then we will always aim to put the matter right.

You are entitled to return goods purchased online or mail order, for any reason. Please notify us of your intentIon to return and we will email you a printable postage label, plus information on where to drop the parcel off. Please ensure that all unsuitable goods are returned within 14 days of receiving. We will process a refund for the full cost of the item and any P&P charge originally paid, within 7 days of receiving the return. Please ensure that items are returned in the condition they were received. We may refuse to refund, if items have obvious signs of wear or damage. In this instance we will offer to return the goods back to you, at your expense. The return of the goods is at the customers expense and the flat rate charge of £4.95 plus £1 per extra item will be deducted from your refund, unless we delivered the item to you in error, the item is substantially mis-described or faulty.

Made to order items are excluded from our return policy, unless they are not as described or faulty.

Delivery

Parcels are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class, or alternative courier. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your purchase from the website. Please allow 3-5 working days for UK deliveries. If you need an item sooner, please contact us prior to purchase.
