Delivery & Refund Policy

If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase then we will always aim to put the matter right.

You are entitled to return goods purchased online or mail order, for any reason. Please notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving an item and return within 28 days. We will process a refund for the full cost of the item and any P&P charge originally paid, within 7 days of receiving the return. Please ensure that items are returned in the condition they were received. We may refuse to refund, if items have obvious signs of wear or damage. In this instance we will offer to return the goods back to you, at your expense. You are responsible for the return of the goods, so we recommend using a signed for delivery service. Return postage costs are at the customers expense, unless you adhere to our FREE RETURNS offer below, or we delivered the item to you in error, the item is substantially mis-described, or faulty.

FREE RETURNS OFFER: We currently offer free returns for orders totalling up to £500, if you notify us of your intention to return within 3 days of receiving an order and allowing us to organise and process the return within 7 days.

Made to order items are excluded from our return policy, unless they are not as described or faulty.

Parcels are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class, or alternative courier. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your purchase from the website. Please allow 3-5 working days for UK deliveries. If you need an item sooner, please contact us prior to purchase.
